CPS Gumpert Sales Representative, Josh Barron has been busy supporting two local charity organizations. The first, Hospice Hundred, is a group of young philanthropists whose mission is to raise awareness and funds for The Life Center at Hospice of the Chesapeake. The Life Center provides compassionate care through support services and education to individuals and families whose lives are in transition resulting from the death of a loved one, life changing diagnosis, or an unanticipated event. Josh sits on the Hospice Hundred Committee which organizes several fund-raising events each year, including their signature event, Fashion for a Cause.

“Hospice Hundred supporters really connected with the mission of the The Life Center, particularly the programs that provide specialized counseling for children and teens coping with loss, such as Stepping Stones, Camp Nabi, and Phoenix Rising,” says Barron.

Josh was also recently nominated to the 2012 Annapolis Finest 40 Under 40. The Finest 40 Under 40 is a group of Annapolis’ most outstanding young professionals who are recognized for their leadership, involvement and achievements in the business world. Each person nominated is given the challenge to raise $2,500 for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Congratulations to Josh on receiving this exceptional nomination for the second year!
